We couldn’t be more grateful for this amazing small community. The staff treats our mom with such kindness, patience, and care. From the caregivers and med techs to the kitchen and support teams, everyone is wonderful. I went to visit my friend, and she was sitting alone at the dinner table. Since I do not visit as often as I would like to, someone needs to sit with her and encourage her to eat. Another thing is, she would do good to get a manicure and pedicure. Also, perhaps if and when you have gatherings among the residents, suggest that at least one partners with another. My mother recently became a resident at The Reserve of Pasadena. All of the staff are so kind and helpful. The residents there are very friendly. They go out of their way to make her feel like family. The facility is beautiful and clean. There are lots of activities offered everyday. She has a physical therapist that visits her weekly. He said that he was very impressed with this place compared to the many other facilities he has visited. After about a month there, we feel like we made the right choice for mom.
